Staff person was friendly. Mold in the shower, broken dirty vent in the bathroom, air conditioner had busted cover, duct tape and missing control knobs but did cool the room. Mattress cover dirty (looked like dried blood). Very run down, not well maintained. No food available on the premises. This was not our choice to stay; this was a last resort when Expedia overbooked our hotel (which was booked months in advance) and nothing available due to several concerts and events going on in the area.

The light didn't work in most of the room, the two lights above the bed were falling off and one had a bible wedged under it to keep it from falling. we were in a no smoking room and the blanket had a burn hole in it. lastly the place was infested with cockroaches and they refused to let us shower in a different room. I asked for a full refund and they would not

Needed somewhere to stay for the night after traveling all day. Entered the room that had a un clean scent. Room was 80 degrees, turned on the ac that barely worked or cooled it down any. Floors were dirty and door barely closed. All around unpleasant.

The room was dirty . Cigarette holes in sheets . Bathtub was very dirty . Fridge didn’t work . Holes in the walls . People was nice but the room was not clean to stay in .

Two years since last visit. Superior King Non-smoking is supposedly a step above the Standard King. No in-room coffee maker or telephone posed an inconvenience, as I had no working cell at the time. Add insult to injury; there were no pay-phones either. Not worth the pricier room rate.

This place was nasty. Bathroom was dirty. 1 towel at check in. Man at the counter was rude when asking for more towels. Door to the room was open when we first arrived. Just an overall bad place to stay.

Well, apart from an amazing person working front desk. This room was dirty, cigarette burn holes all over the sheets, there was a smell to the room almost like urine or something that was gross, hand towel was dirty, and couldn't sleep with neighbors fighting late in the night. Technically that wasn't a cheap room but badly taken care of.

Room was dirty, asked for 2 more pillows told they had no more pillows(hotel was not full!), bathroom had fecal matter on wall, bathtub looked dirty and dungy. Room air conditioner was filthy, about 1 inch of dust on the grating in the room, room had heavy tobacco smell. Shelf was tilted down ready to come off wall, molding/weather strip on door was loose and flapping in the breeze when doo was opened. was coming off.

The hotel was right off of I-71 South in Blue Ash Ohio which does have some beautiful homes and areas. However this hotel was horrible! As soon as we enter the room it smelled like cigarettes non-smoking room. The walls were builty the doors were filthy went to the bathroom and turn on the light and baby cockroaches scattered everywhere my daughter and I left immediately could not get our money back. And went across the street to the hotel called Quality Hotel with much better service I would not in my right mind tell my worst enemy to stay at this hotel. I was there for 5 minutes to charge close to $100 that I'll never see again.
