"Panorama Blue is located in a perfect location to enjoy the evening and very close to the parking which is included! Thats a big bonus. The room was spotless and was a perfect starting point - just far enough from the tourist shops and a wonderful view in the evening to enjoy the sunset and the harbour. The reception and staff are 5 star. Highly recommeded."

So we needed to take a taxi.

The staff need some customer service training: on arrival at reception welcoming wasn't great a bit like shop transaction there is your room card and made sure we need to pay for the parking ( when we were booking parking was included is not, you have to pay 15lev per day); the worse was the breakfast staff - for 5 days i didn't get good morning ones. "Generally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end.
After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning.
It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help.
