"The staff was attentive to providing great service by daily breakfast taxi service to and from the airport laundry service and room cleaning. What makes this property ideal is its location. "
"Considering a price and location, I think it was a good price. Rooms are small, but we use them only for sleep. Staff is very friendly, and breakfast very good"
Friends Hotel & Rooftop - Historic Center & Museums
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful. Close to the historical center. Well restored with historical charm. Very friendly front desk woman lady named Yale. lovely breakfast. They asked what our nutritional restrictions were. Very thoughtful."
"I very much enjoyed my stay at Casa Hotel Las Plazas and highly recommend it. A nice, comfortable room and the hotel is really well located within the Historic District.
It is family owned and the best thing is the family itself which went out of their way to make me feel at home. Luis was extremely helpful with travel, directions and recommendations. And Lucia and Michelle provide a great breakfast. Lucia knows Ecuadorian fruits well and shared her deep knowledge."
"Lots of difficulty here. The room was nice, though no exterior windows. You have to check in before midnight, and the host locks you in from 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM each night (yes, really) due to what she described as dangerous streets. On our 10:30 check in, after almost 12 hours of travel, she fought vociferously with us because we asked to remain on the sidewalk for five minutes to smoke a cigarrete. Her helpers, two young Quechua girls, were fantastic and friendly, though we felt sorry that they had to work for the older lady. We left unceremoniuly the next day, staying only one night of the six we paid in advance for, with the host claiming ignorance on refund policy. It was all a costly mistake."
"When i got to the hotel i had to pay more for a resevation that was already made. The room was freezing and my nephew had some bites all over his body."
