We asked for a room change to a room with a shower outside of the tub. We were charged extra ¥ 12,000 plus for the new room. The explanation given was because the new room was designated as a smoking room and we had asked for a non smoking. I was not convinced. I would not use this hotel again. The only thing we wished was that the bath would be bigger and that we had more time at the hotel! They also have a free shuttle to and from the subway station. Thank you for the excellent hospitality & delicious assortment of local food.
