As with previous stays, shoes off at the entrance, and roll your suitcase wheels over cleaning mats. Then it's tatami matting throughout the hotel, lovely underfoot. Great decor, cosy bedroom, and the hot spring bath on the 11th floor is so relaxing - the outdoor bath has great views over the city.
