"The cabin #30 was clean, the kitchen had everything you needed, however the weather was warm and there was no air conditioner in cabin. When my other half called and asked about it she argued with him that there was one and said she would be right over only to see that there was not. She then brought us a fan. Needless to say our weekend was pretty warm in the cabin. The shower did not drain either we were standing in a pool of water by the time our shower ended other than that cute little cabin and property was clean."

"House was perfect for our group. Price was incredibly fair. Owner was responsive. Location is amazing. About a 30-minute drive from Wolf Creek ski area while also walking distance to Pagosa Springs. The skiers and non-skiers in our group all enjoyed our trip."

We stayed a week and the breakfast is the same every day. (Toast, bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruit and waffles) We would have loved a yogurt option and more protein, but definitely thankful for breakfast. "
