The family suite had amazing views and space for children and adults. While in the thermal bath the pet baby alpaca came by watch to the children's delight. We enjoyed meals and found the staff friendly and accommodating. Location was great and restaurant staff was super friendly. The lady who did our check in and check out was not so friendly and she kept our passports and forgot to give them back. The hotel called our tour guide and thankfully we were at the canyon and able to return to Chivay to retrieve it. The tour guide said that this is a common occurrence at this hotel and a major inconvenience. Management needs to address this issue. Es wird aber liebevoll gepflegt inkl. toller Grünanlagen. Die Zimmer sind groß, Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Heizer muss dringend ausgetauscht / geprüft werden) aber meist funktionstüchtig. Die Wärmeflasche abends im Bett ist toll und wir haben uns sehr über die Extraportion Wärme gefreut. Die heiße Quelle war bei unserem Besuch eher lauwarm und auch nicht so super einladend - vieleicht auch weil wir vorher bessere besucht haben. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich und macht satt. Das Abendessen hingegen ist sehr lecker und hat uns begeistert.
