"We absolutely loved the character and location of this unique property. It is located in a 1000-year old (though updated) building, within easy, walkable access to many fantastic restaurants, a little grocery store and the main historical sites of Siena. The property manager was extremely communicative, and allowed us to check in early when we arrived, which was very helpful. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. I highly recommend this property!"

"We loved our stay at the San Gimignano apartment. The location was perfect right in the city center. The apartment was charming and unique with family history. We walked everywhere except when we went to wineries or cooking classes. Elda was a wonderful host and always in communication with us. She also introduced us to Sonia, a local private driver, who took us where we needed to go when we left the city center. She was also amazing. We definitely want to return. "

"This apartment was great. 3 minute walk to El Campo. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. The staff was friendly, spoke English and made recommendations. The umbrellas at the apartment worked out well as two of mine broke in Lucca!! I would rent this apartment again."

"This VRBO is lovely. Sara met us to give us the keys and a quick tour. It has everything you need to be self sufficient. 10 minute drive to Santa Catarina parking lot in Siena. From there, couple minutes walk to the escalators that take you up into the city.2 very good restaurants within 2 minutes by car. We will definitely stay again if in the area."

The location is incredible -- extensive views from both sides of the property; the hilltop village setting is out of a postcard with lovely little streets and nooks to explore; and the local shops, market days, restaurants provide everything needed locally. The property is adequate, a little rustic, but well suited to time outdoors by the lovely pool and as a springboard for day trips throughout amazing Tuscany....
