"So, if you’re staying the beginning of the week…none of the on site restaurants are open. Be prepared. The staff was great. Andre when I checked was the best. The housekeeping staff was friendly. The property itself needs some TLC and updating. Nice central location. "

"This place is old and gross. Very small and uncomfortable like a run down mobile home. We wanted a nice relaxing trip, but didn't want to even touch the furniture. The tvs are tiny and have no channels. When you check-in, they sucker you into a spiel about going to one of their time share presentations. I don't know who in the world would want a time share here! We stayed about 1 hour while we looked for a different place to stay then immediately left. Tried to get a refund but couldn't. Even still....it was worth leaving. Not at all as described online. "

"Great place to stay in Prescott. Older hotel, but well taken care of. Great location. Hotel is on a hill, great mountain views. My room had that balcony view !💜 lobby is beautiful. Another guest played the piano. Corner seating area with board games. Bar area. Coffee counter. The outdoor pool/hot tub area is well kept and clean. The pool is heated! Beautiful rose and fountain gardens around the property. Seating areas. One area had croquet! I haven't played that in a long time! Hotel has a small underground parking garage, if needed. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again. 💜"

"Spacious, Quiet and Comfortable"

"The property grounds were lovely. The unit was clean and beds were comfy. Small kitchen - no oven-- but microwave /convection oven was sufficient for our needs. Not walkable location into Sedona. 2bedroom unit would not work for larger families because 2nd bedroom is across a shared patio and not practical for kids to be in 2nd bedroom at night alone."

"We had to stay across the street. There are no photos on the website of this sister wing proberty. Which is in need of a desperate repair and remodel. It’s the ugly stepsister. The room look very similar to photos on the website . Breakfast is a joke! coffee and some fruit. "
