"The people that work there are PHENOMENAL. The place is a little older but had all the island life amenities we needed. A soft, clean bed. A hot shower with good pressure. And black out curtains. Our room also had a kitchenette and a big mini fridge. Employees were kind and attentive. Great seafood restaurant up the road a bit, amazing access to the National Seashore. "Cottages are beautiful and well updated. Very clean annd organized as well. I often spotted property managers around, checking on the property or helping guests. Always communicate quickly when needed. No noise from neighbors or outside with windows shut.Would probably only ever stay here when I visit Chincoteague again, just much more convenient, comfortable and fitting to my desire to have some space to myself. "We loved the cottage. Perfect location to everything on the island. Was within walking distance to the seafood festival and shops. The screened porch was a nice place to enjoy our morning coffee. The cottage had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy. We highly recommend staying there. We are considering a summer visit and hope the cottage is available if we do."
