Cute and comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the chincoteague bay, Great views and a convenient location downtown with lots to do nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and we were even able to get it to go.

Nice view! We enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace (they will fix it to go, although there is room to eat it in their breakfast room or at the table inside your room). Nice people & comfortable room.

I always stay here when I'm in Chincoteague. Great hotel with a friendly staff with a great hot tub and pool. The location is really great too with a beautiful view. If you're lucky you'll get to meet Winston and Brody (dogs) when they stop by for a visit.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and the location is great. Our room looked onto the water and the balcony view was stunning and calming. It was lovely to be able to sit on their pier and watch the sun go down. We would stay again.

The room offered a beautiful view, comfortable bed. Considering they were being hit with a northeastern storm with high tide, and the wind was blowing hard, I didn’t hear a thing. Best sleep I have had in ages. The staff was outstanding, breakfast was great, served hot with good coffee. I’ll be staying there again! Great location close to downtown shops within walking distance.

We had a wonderful time. The room was clean. We very much enjoyed the pool and the pickleball courts. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Perhaps our favorite thing was the location. With it being right on the water, we enjoyed taking breakfast out to the deck along the water to begin our day, as well as enjoying beautiful sunsets at the end of the day.

The hotel is overall lovely. Being directly on the water gives guests the chance to fish and crab off their dock. The outdoor pool and indoor hot tub were great. The “ full hot breakfast” needs additions ( toast/danish/ fruit) but the server worked hard at getting waffles etc made to order. The rooms are spacious and clean. Great value overall. Would stay here again.

What a beautiful hotel. It's older but has charm. Best part was the view from the room. Probably one of the best views in the area. Room was clean and pool and hot tub were a bonus! Enjoy the included breakfast as well. Freshly made waffles, omelets, and sausage. All the staff were amazing! Will be back!

It’s a nice motel, but a little dated. The staff is great. The breakfast was just OK. It’s about 2 miles from the spot tours leave from and about 3 miles from things like miniature golf. The nearest bar and restaurant are about 1/2 mile away. I would definitely stay there again.

have stayed here several times over the years and have always enjoyed our stay. the front desk people are always kind and helpful. the rooms are always clean the beds comfortable, and you have great views from the balcony. the problem is no ramp up to the office so if you have limited mobility such as i that is a major problem. also no rooms have handicap accessible tubs. we do love staying here but as i get older the issues with my mobility may not allow it.

This was a great place to stay! I loved having a balcony that looks over the bay and enjoyed the pool area. The staff was friendly and although my room wasn't ready by check-in time, they found me a comparable room that turned out to be better than my original one promised. I understood the reasoning behind not being ready, as we showed up on Labor Day and they'd had a fully booked weekend. The elevator worked great and was a huge plus for me as I have knee trouble. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!
