"We are a family of 2 adults 1 child and stayed here in April for a week. Absolutely perfect accommodation with a tropical vibe, immaculate and well equipped 1 bedroom apartment, comfortable beds, extra pillows on request and complimentary tea bags and milk on arrival. The manager was always there mornings and we enjoyed chatting. The pool was the perfect temperature and mostly had it to ourselves I liked how we could swim until 9pm. "We really enjoyed our stay at Oaks Cable Beach. The location is great, just a short walk to cafe and eateries. Room was great with all we needed and more. Pool and BBQ area also really nice. Staff very helpful also. "

"We were there at the beginning of May, 2026. The rooms are large and each has its own private sitting and BBQ area. There isn't a view but it is very convenient. The bathrooms are outdoors which can be hot in the afternoon. Each room comes with a washer/dryer and they provide some laundry soap packets. There is a nice pool. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it was crowded every night. The resort was not crowded while we were there. It is not directly on the beach (only one is) but is in easy walking distance to the dunes/beach or trivial driving to the parking at the Beach Cafe. Cable Beach is a wonderful beach. The only downside to Bali Hai is you don't get to park next to your room. On the other hand, there aren't roads/vehicles everywhere."

"We were placed in a disability room, the room and bathroom were clean but there was only one shower curtain when two were needed to cover the exposed areas to stop the spray from getting over toilet etc. The most frustrating thing was that the shower water did not drain into the drain hole but flowed out towards the main part of the bathroom and towards the bedroom door. We put towels etc down to try and stop this, they all got soaked. Work needs to be done on this drainage issue!"
