Pool view room beautiful, balcony comfortable and relaxing. Bed super comfy. The staff were the best! Always smiling and very helpful. Pool staff always working hard and very friendly. Many dining options on the property. The grounds were always clean and the surroundings very pretty and well-maintained. I will definitely return and will recommend to all my friends! The staff were great 10/10 but the resort is looking a bit tired and we were really disappointed no Christmas lunch was offered which we would have been happy to pay for. Dining options were limited and their flagship Italian restaurant Cichettis had a very average small menu and fully booked on the 25th. The resort is showing its age and the gardens arent what they were.
