"Everything was great!!! The hot tub was clean and hot!! Everything was perfect"

"The reason I gave the Inn a poor rating on amenities was the bar was closed, the restaurant was closed, and the staff(which was excellent) was only on duty from 8 a.m.to 8 p.m. Lucky we didn't need anything as the rooms were well stocked, but if we did we would have to call and wait for a person to come help. I think that the Inn should have let me know they were on a winter schedule until Memorial Day and the bar and restaurant were closed. I probably would have booked somewhere else. It is a historic hotel and I understand the fixtures are old, but the toilet kept cycling and as mentioned no one was available to fix it after hours. Not a big problem but a little annoying. I will state once again that the two ladies at the front desk were friendly, efficient, and super nice. Thank you ladies."

"This is a charming cabin on a beautiful property. Wonderful outdoor areas. The cabin is ideal for working remotely, entertaining as well as simply ‘coming home” after a day of touring. Highly recommend!"

"The home was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is situated perfectly between Chimney Rock and Lake Lure to be able to enjoy both towns. The area has worked hard to recover and it was great to be able to contribute as a tourist to the local economy. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Very nice cabin. Smaller than what we usually rent, but it was fine for just the 2 of us. The housekeeping after the previous tenant was never completed (dirty laundry in the hallway and dirty dishes in the dishwasher.- Pros: Reasonable price; big deck, tv in bedroom, cozy.- Cons: Broken kitchen sink faucet, very small refrigerator."
