The Space: Part of our luxury loft collection, our unique one of a kind lofts are located in Chicago's newest luxury building with views overlooking the city and are the most high-end rental offering in the city. Everything flows around the spacious and open living room and chef's kitchen, add the floor to ceiling windows with connecting outdoor patio and the space becomes a unique environment for entertaining and gathering with your group. Your spacious living room is decorated in modern contemporary art and features a large sectional, accent chairs, dining table for 10+ people, smart 65 inch TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible) and bluetooth speaker for entertainment. Attached to the dining room, the chef's kitchen is outfitted with gas-powered Gaggenau ranges, Gaggenau oven and microwave, restaurant sized refrigerator and freezer, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to state-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a coffee maker, amongst others. In addition, enjoy your own large private covered terrace with seating and dining options (provided during the nice weather), truly a unique offering and extension of the living area! This one of a kind loft comfortably sleeps 16+ people and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom with a king bed, full bath, outfitted with a relaxing soaking tub, shower, and heated bathroom floors. The second bedroom can sleep up to four people and features side-by-side full beds. Lastly, the third bedroom can sleep eight people, with two side-by-side full-over-full bunk beds and for both children and adults, with it's own full bathroom with shower. Sleeping arrangements/room layout: Main bedroom (bedroom 1): King Bed, private bathroom with large soaking tub and shower Bedroom 2: Two full beds Bedroom 3: Two full-over-full bunks bed, private bathroom with shower. Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our cleaning services that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is striped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Jul 9, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness #### Don't be fooled by the beauty and location The apartment is very well located and it is absolutely beautiful, however, all the doors squeak, there are no black out blinds so it's difficult to sleep well in the summer and if you travel with kids. The kitchen seemed cleaned but when we opened the microwave and a drawer we found them dirty. The floors looked cleaned but our granddaughter's legs were stained black from crawling on it. We messaged the manager about how disappointing it was to arrive to a luxury apartment that was not cleaned well, they apologized and sent someone to clean without our permission while we were out, they cleaned the kitchen but floors remained the same. They left a few laundry pods at that time, which I think they forgot to leave before we arrived. Also, we were informed by the manager and the doorman that the garage opener would be in the unit but we could not find it, when we asked about it they said it was left in the front desk. Towels are very small, not bath size. There is a nice grill in the balcony but no utensils to grill. Oven and microwave are very fancy and difficult to use, we could not find directions in the unit. The unit is stunning, the views of the city too, the location is perfect , owners need to pay a bit more attention to the place to make it the perfect stay. ##### Ilana N.
