The cityscape views are unbeatable! The Space: Part of our luxury loft collection, our unique one of a kind lofts are located in Chicago's newest luxury building with views overlooking the city and are the most high-end rental offering in the city. Everything flows around the spacious and open living room and chef's kitchen, add the floor to ceiling windows with connecting outdoor patio and the space becomes a unique environment for entertaining and gathering with your group. Your spacious living room is decorated in modern contemporary art and features a large sectional, accent chairs, dining table for 8+ people, smart 65 inch TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible) and bluetooth speaker for entertainment. Attached to the dining room, the chef's kitchen is outfitted with gas-powered Gaggenau ranges, Gaggenau oven and microwave, restaurant sized refrigerator and freezer, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to state-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a coffee maker, amongst others. In addition, enjoy your own large private covered terrace with seating and dining options (provided during the nice weather), truly a unique offering and extension of the living area! This one of a kind loft comfortably sleeps 14+ people and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom with a king bed, full bath, outfitted with a relaxing soaking tub, shower, and heated bathroom floors. The second bedroom can sleep up to four people and features side-by-side full beds. Lastly, the third bedroom can sleep eight people, with two side-by-side full-over-full bunk beds and for both children and adults, with it's own full bathroom with shower. Sleeping arrangements/room layout: Main bedroom (bedroom 1): King Bed, private bathroom with large soaking tub and shower Bedroom 2: Two full beds Bedroom 3: Two full-over-full bunks bed, private bathroom with shower. Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our cleaning services that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is striped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The best part about this condo was that it is completely wheelchair accessible. When traveling with my wife who is a full time wheelchair user it is hard to find a place that is truly wheelchair accessible. The doorways are plenty wide, the hard surface flooring is a huge bonus and the barrier free entrance is a huge plus. The condo had some great views of the city, close walking distance to shops, restaurants and much more. We will definitely be back. ##### Scott D. We stayed 2 nights with family and friends. Everything was just perfect, from checking-in to the stay to check-out. A beautiful condo with a near perfect location. The outdoor space was just what we needed after a long day. The owners were quick to replay with any questions we had. We are looking forward to returning. Jun 10, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location #### Great location for group! We lived the loft however we thought that it could sleep 14\. Sofa in living room is not a pull out. The kitchen / dining area was perfect with seating at bar and table. Gas stove would have been ideal but only 2 of 5 burners were working. Manager responded to our request through the app and then 4 burners were working. Could have used extra blankets. The shades in the loft worked automatically but it took us a minute to figure that out. Bathrooms were great! Loved convenience of washer dryer. With neighbors close by it was little hard to keep teen age girls quiet on outdoor balcony space but they loved the bug city setting. We had no idea the location near bus routes would be so helpful and efficient. Bus to and from the Amtrak train station and museums is easy, cheap and quick.
