This ultra high-end apartment features a private elevator, private terrace, free secured parking, 24 hour doorman, 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, and is perfect for families traveling to Chicago, professionals visiting the city on work trips, and everything in between. The cityscape views are unbeatable! The Space: Part of our luxury loft collection, our unique one of a kind lofts are located in Chicago's newest luxury building with views overlooking the city and are the most high-end rental offering in the city. Everything flows around the spacious and open living room and chef's kitchen, add the floor to ceiling windows with connecting outdoor patio and the space becomes a unique environment for entertaining and gathering with your group. Your spacious living room is decorated in modern contemporary art and features a large sectional, accent chairs, dining table for 8+ people, smart 65 inch TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible) and bluetooth speaker for entertainment. Attached to the dining room, the chef's kitchen is outfitted with gas-powered Gaggenau ranges, Gaggenau oven and microwave, restaurant sized refrigerator and freezer, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to state-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a coffee maker, amongst others. In addition, enjoy your own large private covered terrace with seating and dining options (provided during the nice weather), truly a unique offering and extension of the living area! This one of a kind loft comfortably sleeps 14+ people and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom with a king bed, full bath, outfitted with a relaxing soaking tub, shower, and heated floors. The second bedroom can sleep up to eight people and features two full-over-full bunk beds with an attached full bathroom (shower). Lastly, the third bedroom can sleep sleeps six people, with a full over full bunk bed and standard full bed comfortable for both children and adults, with an attached bathroom (tub and shower). Each bedroom has its own full private bathroom. This unit was the perfect spot for us to unwind after a long day. The unit is comfortable, spacious, and well appointed. Our favorite spot to hang out was the patio, which has a lounge area and a great view of the city. We have stayed at several places in Chicago over the years and this was our favorite. Great location, safe (building has doorman), comfortable and spacious interior (covered terrace patio was a definite "plus" with beautiful views of the skyline at night), and responsive and accessible owners. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Condo is bright and cheerful with plenty of space, particularly in the living room/kitchen area and is tastefully appointed. Location is ideal! We walked to Michigan Avenue, to the river for the Architecture Boat Tour, and to the Art Institute, and enjoyed a delicious and unique dinner at Avec, right across the street from the condo. A couple of things for the hosts to consider: Cleaning was adequate, but not thorough. There was no laundry soap, no Kleenex, no place (that we saw) to leave recyclables, not enough toilet paper to last for our stay, and one broken toilet paper holder— small inconveniences that we are sure Nathan and Jake will address for future guests. We recommend Nathan and Jake’s condo! We were a group of 9 and felt very comfortable in their luxury loft. ##### J D H.
