Parking for 1 car is included, along with fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, in-unit laundry, and central air. The Space: Welcome to the \*\*brand new 2025 redesign of our space\*\*! We've replaced every piece of furniture, repainted every surface, upgraded our old appliances, and reconfigured the room layout for maximum sleep quality on the 2nd floor. Redesign for the 1st floor coming soon! There are 8 bedrooms in total between the two units, with a maximum capacity of 16 guests. There is an apartment in the basement level that will pass through the entryway to come and go. The upper and lower unit level doors lock and no one else will have access to either unit during your stay. 2) The building and units are adjacent to the "L" train tracks. This means you will hear train noise regularly in the space. Guest Access: You have private access to the first and second level units and the front garden unit in the basement.
