Rooms could use some updates, but my major problem is on Mondays the entire hotel is shut down from water access from 11-3 pm. My family could not shower, flush the toilet, brush our teeth, wash our face or hands due to this issue. 4 hours without water is insane. They called the room at 9am that morning to inform us of this but apparently it’s something that is done every morning for water Maintenance. So this information could have been shared during check in on Saturday morning.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Dirty, very dirty. So loud, was kept up most of the night. Staff was nice. Not enough of them but they were nice.

We had a nice stay here while visiting Great Wolf water park over spring break. Our room was pet friendly, so we were able to bring our dog, which is very important to us. The staff were all very friendly and the pool, breakfast space and lobby were all comfortable and well taken care of. Our room had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds. The only tick against this property is that the grounds around the hotel all full of trash and dog waste, which is obviously not ideal. I was able to walk oir dog a bit farther out to avoid this so it wasn't a major problem for my family but it may be an issue for others.

I've stayed her multiple times. they're still renovating but I've never had a problem. Needed work done in my room and maintenance was there within 5 minutes. Pleasant staff. Breakfast buffet nice. Pool and hot tub great. Easy on/off expressway/tristate. LOTS of eateries. Cracker Barrel literally out the back door. Gurnee Mills 5 minute drive. Kid and pet friendly

Some items like pool towels were not available and the front desk asked us to trade in our room towels until they did laundry in an hour and still didn’t have any towels so we had to dry off with old clothes
