They didn’t clean our room 2 days,even after we told them down stairs. The hall ways always had food on the floor.

Foyer is beautiful. When i booked the room with a king bed and sleep sofa we planned on using the sleep sofa for my son and i booked the room for 3 people. The sheets on the sofa were dirty and there were only enough towels for 2 people.

The lobby was very beautiful and clean. Front desk staff was great! The room I stayed in was okay but the phone inside did not work, the TV remote was having issues, two of the lights in the room did not work and there was garbage on the floor by the couch when we entered.

We had two rooms that were connected. When we checked in, the rooms were really hot. We turned the AC on and set it to 60. Seven hours later the rooms were so hot no one could sleep. I had to call and talk with the front desk. Their solution was 2 box fans. This really did not help. The windows were sweating so bad. It was so bad in the middle of the night we actually talked about checking out. Even the lobby was very hot. If we knew it was going to be this hot we would have never stayed here. We had 2 connecting rooms and they were both miserable and no one was able to sleep. If you like a really hot room or perhaps are hatching eggs or sleeping in saunas this place is perfect! Other than that it was ok. But we all woke up miserable and no one slept well.

So the place wasn’t bad other than it was super hot inside and we were told they shut off the ac. So we were there and it was hot, the room had a smell to it. And all they did was offer a fan. I wouldn’t recommend unless you like it real hot. The windows were sweating

Hotel is great, but there should be security cameras in the parking lot.
After the first night, the catalytic converter was stolen from my 2010 Prius. A terrible shock, especially as an out-of-towner, with important events to attend.

The hotel was in a very convenient location for our visit. Staff was friendly and our room was lovely. The only negative was that my husband and I felt the that the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. For the ease of access and proximity to the Botanic Garden and our friends we would stay again and just hope for a little softer resting place.
