Wake up in Chicago’s Gold Coast with stunning views of Lake Michigan and the Hancock Tower. This top-floor high-rise apartment offers modern style, natural light, and a prime location. Walk to Oak Street Beach, luxury shopping, fine dining, and the Magnificent Mile. Enjoy skyline sunsets, lake breezes, and the perfect mix of comfort and convenience for an unforgettable stay.  
  
This modern apartment features two spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a bright living area with large windows framing stunning city and lake views. Unwind with Smart TVs in both the living room and second bedroom, and enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay.  
  
Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. The building features a lively lobby bar and an on-site laundry room for added convenience. For parking, a paid garage is located across the street, with an additional paid lot available just down the block.  
  
Your stay is completely private with simple self check-in. We’ll give you space to enjoy your visit, but we’re only a call or message away if you need any assistance.  
  
House Rules  
 • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.  
 • Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.  
 • Public transit is just minutes away, making it easy to explore the city.  
 • No parties or events are allowed.  
  
We enforce a strict no-party policy:  
 • Ring cameras are installed at the entrance and noise monitors are inside the home.  
 • We live next door and will call the police if a party takes place; guests will be removed with no refunds.  
 • Only registered guests are permitted. Unauthorized guests will incur a $100 fee per person.  
  
Parking: Not included. A paid garage is available across the street, and another paid lot is just down the block.
