A little loud due to parties downstairs and a lot of noise in surrounding area… but you’re in Chicago, what do you expect! Perfect distance to the city and more than enough space for everyone. AC blows extremely cold and everything works great. House was clean and tidy upon arrival. The stairs into the building could use a severe shampoo wash… like severe.
