The home is located on a single family neighborhood. There is No Smoking allowed on the property and No Pets, failure to abide by the rules, will result in a $200 charge for extra cleaning personnel. No Parties or Events allowed.

55" Smart TV in living room with Amazon Prime and Netflix. Lots of natural light throughout the apartment, blackout curtains are provided. Three bedrooms each with quality mattress for a good night rest. Bathroom very clean and plenty of towels provided. Kitchen ready with coffee, tea, sugar, cream and all your cooking basics and breakfast bar nook.
