"They need to work on having more staff during the morning time, they couldn't pick me up at 1am for my check in from the airport at terminal 2, they said I had to wait between 15 to 25 minutes for the shuttle so I ended up getting a taxi."

"Pictures are misleading, I thought I had booked a family-type setting (2 bedrooms, kitchenette). No kitchenette or microwave. Agent with hotels.com assured me there would be A/C (there isn't) but one room did have a fan. I will agree hot water was very tricky and I took more than one cold shower. ..."
