hotel was immaculate, right down the street from the markets! I loved the location, felt safe, everything was amazing and clean! Rooftop restaurant a little disappointed in the options they had, wish they had more but the drinks were great!

Centara Riverside Hotel Chiang Mai
Can tell the hotel was once a grand place but had since deteriorated. It’s far from the city center and we use Grab mostly. The staff were helpful and we used their travel assistance to go sightseeing.

Shangri-La Chiang Mai
As usual Shangri-la was good just like other locations we have stayed like kuala lumpur, Dubai. One feed back for Chiang Mai - breakfast can be be better, but disappointing. Otherwise all good.
