We got the studio room for two nights here and it was awesome. Everything is so clean and put together, they are friendly at the front desk and help you out with whatever you need. The breakfast was included with our room and it was pretty good, the cafe is outside in the garden and they offer more than just the continental breakfast. The only downside to this hotel for some people is the location. It’s a little out of city center or old town, but it’s a 5 minute grab ride to either. Only about 2-3 Miles. Staff were nice but 'hotel' is pushing it. Felt like a hostel really and very 'minimalist' decor which may suit some I guess. The important bit is that it's miles from anywhere and in an industrial area next to a motorway. I'm pretty sure there are better places to stay in Chiang Mai. Breakfast was humble but good enough. Room was pretty spacious. However it is hard to get taxi at this place and also reddog drivers overcharged to come this place from city. 7/11 and self laundry place are 7 minutes away.
