On arrival at ALA Residences, we decided to upgrade ourselves to one of the loft suites (with kitchen, etc) and we couldn’t have been happier - spacious, great facilities, excellent WiFi and TV, comfortable, etc, etc. Great staff too. And all right on the malecon, Great value for the location. Brilliant,

Pésima opción, no respetaron el precio, quisieron abusar con el tipo de cambio y además pretendieron cobrarle comisión por pagar con tarjeta de crédito, obviamente no me quedé, pésimo servicio

La hora de llegada son las 3 pm y no las 10 am, lamentamos mucho pero son nuestras políticas máxime que la habitación estaba aún ocupada , siento mucho no poder haberla hospedado
