"The room was lean, but the shower floor had a brown build up in the corner, which made me uneasy. They only lean your room if you request! The pool was nice and because the hotel was not busy, it was enjoyable. I wish I could say good things about the staff. Fifteen minutes after checking in the front desk was unmanned. I called, knocked on the office door to no avail. The phone began ringing and no one answered. It rang twice while I was trying to find someone. I wanted to pay for two sodas from the cooler, but finally gave up, went to my room, and then waited for the morning staff, and explained that I had been unable to pay for them the night before. BTW, the lady at the desk that morning was nice, but charged me more than the costs (I believe she just made a mistake on the size. When I purchased two more the next afternoon, I was charged the correct amount, I did not ask for a refund. Breakfast was ok, but sparse. Checking out was fine, although the same young man who checked me in and disappeared was there this morning when I checked out. I mentioned not being able to find him Tuesday afternoon and he said that I should have called him. Interesting, since he did not answer the two calls that 1st evening, I am not sure that I would stay there again. "

"It’s only staff there during a certain time after 10pm u will not be able to check in they charge u to clean your room no one comes to brings you towels or anything no sheets anything and I was there for over a month I had to go and buy my own everything and clean my room which I had no problems with if u get a room in the back it’s nosey because of the free way weekly rates are high to say that u have to get all these things yourself "

"We were very happy with the accommodations. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately we did not get the chance to use the hot tub or the pool because we were very busy. They did look very inviting and well maintained! Our loss. The staff were friendly, kind and efficient. We had an all around wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again whenever in the area. I would recommend a stay for anyone looking for lodging in that area!"

"It was great except that they didn’t have a little refrigerator in the room which I took for granted when I booked, otherwise it was a nice stay, clean, and size was good too with the king bed."

"Room was clean but staff never replenished water bottles or coffee bar. Had to ask at front desk for coffee cups repeatedly. Staff never apologetic. Door locks changed during middle of stay with no notice. Had to go to front desk and was just told matter of factly that locks had been changed and was given key without apology. Several plugs in room didn’t work. TV had to be restarted numerous times during stay. Staff was aware of problem because I called the first time it happened and staff told me how to resolve the problem. Very annoying. "

"Questionable red stains on carpet. Unclean shower tub. Hair on unused towels. Staff gave $25 dollar unexplained charge before checking into room. Foul odor coming from the bathroom. Elevator not working. Bed had possible pubic hair on it. Spotted spider found in room. Unclean sink. Keycards stopped working day before check out"
