I preferred to forfeit the entire cost of my 3-night reservation and booked a hotel in another area. Communication with the host was good, but per the payment policy no refund was considered, not even partial nor consideration to credit the cleaning cost since I did not check in. "

"Overall good stay at this location. Was there for a wedding and was able to contact the property management clearly and on time. Shopping and amenities nearby and was central to our venue. Would recommend, only complaint if I had one is the heat wouldn't stay on while we were gone for the day but heated up once we set it at night. "

"We came for 1 night on a weeknight, the room itself was fine but the next door neighbors (shared wall) were extremely loud (shouting after midnight) and smoking weed, which made our room smell. Would not recommend "
