They use a portable machine as air conditioning but you need to open half of window. Super noisey during the night. All the windows looks very damage，and there someone get inside our apartment without permission. "We had a good stay at the Park Plaza for 9 nights. The location is terrific, short walk to Uber Boat, Westminster tube and Waterloo train station. Great views of Big Ben and Parliment buildings.
