"Hot water in shower did not work. Ants coming from wall so it ruined our food. Very basic room. Nowhere to put clothes. Small, compact room. Bed was ok. AC worked good. It’s definitely a budget place - it shows. Nothing around it within walking distance so you need to take a bus or uber to get anywhere."

"Hotel reception was closed despite us arriving a few minutes prior to the scheduled office closure time. This meant we were unable to book the hotel shuttle to the airport for the following morning which was disappointing and meant we had to use a taxi instead. "

"Room was clean and of a good size. Parking outside room, air conditioning was fine. Only downsize is that the traffic noise from Gympie Road was pretty loud during peak hour."

"I stayed one night prior to my flight back to the USA. My stay exceeded my expectations. It is a motel (which I prefer to a hotel) with parking in front of the room. The property has multiple access points with minimal security. It is also on the corner of two busy roads, but I felt safe. The room was very comfortable and clean with nice linens and a comfortable bed. The air conditioner worked great and there were at least 20 channels on the tv. It has a great pool, and a restaurant that is open for breakfast and dinner. There was a small fridge in the room and a couple of bottles of water were provided for free and coffee could be purchased in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool towels were provided and they loaned me a phone adapter and stored my luggage before check-in. There were several fast food and other restaurants within walking distance as well as a convenience store and bottle shop. I called an uber to get to the airport, which arrived promply. I would highly recommend for the price. "
