"The location is lovely and so are the staff. The room was nice and cozy but efficient. However the walls are very thin and the noise curfew was not enforced at all—people were up until 3:30 am partying in public areas—making it difficult to fall asleep. The rooms could also use better locks to ensure they can be locked from inside. Overall, a great place if you want to be near Busan but not in the city. Just needs more in terms of the noise curfew enforcement. "

"My 1st time in Busan & glad that I booked this hotel. It is very convenient with many eateries, GS25 convenience shops nearby. It is very close to Lotte Mall too. "Despite this being a hotel on the beach, there's no actual beach access.You have to go out the front door on the main road and then go around behind the hotel. There are doors there to the beach, but they just don't let you ever go in and out of them , it's inconvenient. Also , if you're looking for a place to sit and have a glass of wine by the pool , this is not for you. The swimming pool is extremely crowded. They have only a few lounge seats and there's no where to get any drinks or refreshment. The outdoor part of it is extremely small and the whole thing is on the sixth floor of the hotel. Also, there's no casual dining options at this hotel. Breakfast is extremely expensive and there are no other options. "

"Internet was incredibly slow. Gym required a pass each time you used it, there was no water or cloth to wipe the equipment down. Everyone's sweat was just left on the equipment. When I asked for water at reception she told me to get it from the convenience store. It should be complementary. The shampoo smelt very toxic (like bleach), I believe it has been tampered with as when I took it to reception it was exchanged for shampoo that smelt like it should - it was very worrying and they didn't even apologise. Who knows what I washed my hair with, but it wasnt shampoo. I wouldn't stay here again. "
