Such a shame!
Hotel had just reopened after a refurbishment. The room was lovely. However, during the two night stay, we were unable to shower. Shower water was barely warm. When we reported the problem on the first morning, the ‘deputy manager’ was very unhelpful. Rude and unsympathetic. Said he would try and get a plumber and update me later. Never saw him again or heard another word from him! Unable to shower on both days we were there. Such a shame, as the hotel has been refurbished to a good standard. The hotel is part of the Youngs chain, so they will definitely be getting a letter from me.

Exceptional! Brilliant! Superb! Amazing! The room was excellent with the most comfortable bed, could have stayed in it all day! The meal was terrific and so tasty! Customer service was excellent Highly recommended 5* 10/10
