We had a room with a balcony and the views were spectacular. They also had a complimentary afternoon tea and cakes which was great. The hotel looks and feels luxurious and had amazing amenities. "This place went above and beyond on every level. My brother and I were very late checking in after midnight. The hospitality that we were shown and the grace that was given for our late check-in was so appreciated. They literally left the light on for us.Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful time. The views are amazing too. We highly recommend this hotel. "

"Very cosy chalet and great communication with owner. All amenities included, even salt, sugar and other small necessities to cook. Only small drawback maybe when coming without a car is the location requiring to take a free shuttle to get to the telecabine going up to the pistes. Just requires a bit of organization. "

"Excellent property in every way. The apartment is attractive inside and the views are incomparable and can be seen through nearly every window. The sofas and beds are comfortable, and everything is provided for cooking proper meals. My trusty stir-dry pan and sharp knives remained unused! There is every detail that we could want: hooks for all towels, dressing gowns and coats were particularly appreciated! The pool has fantastic views, is very clean, warm enough and has hot showers and clean toilets. Deckchairs and balcony furniture were also provided. The location is very accessible and close to a lovely town, Saint Gervais, and a great lake for bathing, as well as table tennis, two great high ropes courses, tennis, 2 mini golf courses nearby and wonderful mountain walks from our door. Chamonix was a very easy drive for the cable cars and Mer du Glace and Lake Annecy was a stunning drive away."

"It’s the second time we stay at the chalet, our kids (8 and 6) took ski lessons everyday in the morning. The host is very friendly, stays in a chalet next to ours, is always available, and knows the region very well. The chalet is conveniently located in a quiet residential area, has a jacuzzi (that we used everyday after ski) and a sauna. The chalet has a garden with a parking place for your car which makes it easy to load/unload the ski gear (there is a stop for the shuttle bus 50 meters away from the chalet if your are not using a car, the bus brings you to the cable car going up the slopes). The town center is a few minutes away by car (there is a large free parking there) and has a dozen restaurants and cafes, 3 supermarkets, a pharmacie and several ski wear/gear shops, which makes it very convenient. We cooked everyday at the chalet. Our stay was excellent and we will definitely come back next year for the ski season. I strongly recommend the place."
