### Maison El hana, une belle villa de vacances, jouit d\`un vif oxygène écologique

El hana (le bonheur), c\`est une villa de vacances tend à recevoir des voyageurs du monde entier durant toute l\`année. Elle est conçue pour héberger une famille de quatre adultes + un bébé. Indépendante et spacieuse, est entourée par un jardin d\`arbres fruitiers et quelques oliviers, jouit d\`un vif oxygène écologique. La maison avec son espace étendu à l\`intérieur, peut encaisser deux voitures en toute sécurité.  
Le hall + un large couloir, facilitent aux âgés et aux fatigués le déplacement et la communication avec toutes les pièces. Une chambre des parents + un lit pour bébé. Une chambre d\`enfants de deux lits individuels. Pour une famille de trois enfants adultes ou deux enfants mixtes adultes, un lit supplémentaire peut être ajouté (majoré de 5.00€ par nuitée) et aménagé dans l\`espace commun qui groupe un salon et une salle à manger. Une grande cuisine bien aérée et bien équipée (visitez l'album des photos). Une salle de bain aménagée+ une toilette séparée. Les équipements électriques et les équipements de production d\`eau chaude solaire et électriques quand il fait gris, en bon état d'usage et de fonctionnement. Tout l\`espace couvert bénéficie d\`un éclairement naturel suffisant et s'ouvre directement à l\`air libre. La maison tire son charme aussi par l\`exposition des vérandas pour bénéficier du soleil en hiver.  
Ville de la Chebba qui est influencée par plusieurs cultures, reste fidèle à ses traditions ,toujours accueillante, jouit d\`une ambiance atmosphérique particulière et une magnifique paysage de la méditerranée, reçoit les voyageurs durant toute l\`année.  
Concernant le hôte (moi-même) je reçois les voyageurs à l\`aéroport international Habib Bourguiba de Monastir et les amener à l\`établissement de l\`hébergement, et c\`est moi-même ou mon co-hôte qui les ramènera le dernier jour de vacances au même aéroport. Le frais de service est de : 50.00€ +50.00€ = 100.00€ (cela reste au choix des voyageurs) Faire ensemble la reconnaissance de la ville et nous restons en contact pour les aider en cas de nécessité. Les voyageurs peuvent aussi, choisir entrer en voiture de location que la réservation et la confirmation se font à l\`avance.   
J\`attire l\`attention des voyageurs que le frais de nettoyage avant l\`arrivée et après le départ est de : 30.00€, cependant une femme de ménage (de confiance) peut être disponible dans des matinées proposées par les voyageurs de 8.00 h à 12.00 h, cela reste à la demande et à la charge des voyageurs. Le frais est : 10.00€/ matinée( (c\`est une proposition et ne pas une obligation) Soyez les bienvenues.  
Notre quartier est familier, les voisins: des frères, des soeurs et des cousins, delà, El hana accroît sa force de sécurité. Notre cité "Hached" bien éclairé la nuit, animé en été, calme en hiver, se situe à proximité d\`une part de la médina, ne vous prend que 15 minutes de marche, de l\`autre coté, le port de pêche où la pêche aux moulinets est gratuit, la belle plage, la corniche au sable d\`or où la marche est possible toute la journée, aux restaurants, aux pause- cafés au bord de la mer, et pour y arriver ne demande que 20 à 25 minutes à pieds.   
Une supérette en face de la maison peut satisfaire vos besoins, à défaut, les taxis passent régulièrement toute la journée.  
\-Il est strictement interdit l\`accès des chiens d\`attaque ou les chiens considérés dangereux, toutefois, les caniches autorisés.  
Le musé et l\`ancien port de la ville de Mahdia raconte une époque de la civilisation fatimides (chiite) qui a régné le nord Afrique entre le cinquième et le sixième S. ne vous prend qu\`une demi heure en voiture. Le palais Romain d\`El jem (le jumeaux du palais de Rome) ne prend qu\`une heure en voiture. Les Murailles et les musés de la ville de Sfax et de Sousse ne demandent qu\`1 h à 1.30 h. en voiture. Ne ratez pas.
