"Mocef, Mona & front of desk staff doing a great job at this wonderful hotel. V helpful with our many questions & taxi needs. Exceeded all expectations. Delicious food, friendly staff, great security, v comfortable beds, quiet location. The pool is lush but the sea…WOW. Animation team - not our thing in the day but had us up & dancing in the evening. " We came to Tunisia as my partners sister was getting married and it was closer to where he lived in Telboulba . Arriving on a Friday we checked in at 3pm and we was showed our room which I very disappointing . It was small dark and out dated room . The bed was very uncomfortable . The air condition was not working up to standard . The next day we had to complain about the room and asked them to move us to a better room with a good location . We viewed about 3 rooms which was all the same...
