« We really enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites! The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had, and the two complimentary drinks were a great touch. The room was nice and clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and we loved having sitting on the 7th floor balcony. The only downside was that our room did not have an iron or ironing board as advertised. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back! »

« Our room was clean but not the pull out trundle bed that goes under the couch. I had to notify staff and they came and changed the sheet but I was required still to make the trundle bed for my child. Staff were pleasant and pool was clean. Breakfast offered items for a child to eat like fruit loops. »

« The view from our corner room was fantastic, the pool was nice too. The property is walkable to tons of restaurants and attractions. But lets talk about the BREAKFAST. Im staying here again simply for the breakfast. Got it via expedia for $6 a person, which was a deal vs what you'd pay at the property. Easily worth $20 a person. The staff was wonderful, even threw in free Starbucks with breakfast totally unprompted. This particular hotel is doing a great job. »

« Perfect place to stay for a two night stay. Small but efficient. A slight make up stain on the quilt was left behind so we gave a 4 instead of 5 of cleanliness. »

« Property was nice and clean including our room that was well cooled from the May heat. The staff was not helpful and seemed inattentive especially at checkin. The breakfast was terrible with stale packaged pastries and yogurt was clabbered. Coffee was ok but cups held about 4oz. Parking and WiFi were fine. »

« Staff was amazing - very friendly & personable. The property is older, so that should be taken into consideration - but everything was in workable order & it served the purpose of just having an affordable place to sleep for the night. »

« Room was a little narrow but the bathroom was spacious. There was more the idea of a Mountain View. Make sure you make reservations for outside on the roof top bar. The rooms were not cleaned daily but the staff were helpful in replenishing towels. »

« Hotel neuf, personnel souriant. Belle piscine et jaccuzi intérieurs. Belle salle de sport. Le buffet du soir est inclus mais il n y a guère de choix pour les végétariens et les plats n étaient pas très bons. Petit déjeuner un peu décevant. »

« checked in. we reserved two double queens with hide a bed couches. whole hotel smells like must and is unkept at first glance.. opened hide a bed and a hotel towel with several gross stains and markings was inside along with cheetos, baathroom was disgusting, rust rimmed the tub.. manager to his benefit immediately agreed to refund our rooms and we relocated. I have not received the refund as of this date. cannot recommend this place ever! »

« At checkin, I asked for a safe, as it was noted on the website that the rooms had safes. THEY DO NOT! I was told by the front desk staff to check in the closet, but there was no safe in there. She checked the website, then said safes are for The Holiday Inn next door. This is unacceptable! I had to carry my valuables with me every time I left the room. For breakfast, the pancake machine was all messed up. The first one came out silver dollar-sized, and the next one came out 12 inches long. This...

« The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price »
