« Pros: friendly staff, free laundry machines, free breakfast, well maintained property, good water pressure in shower, nice kitchenette in room Cons: sleeper sofa was not comfortable and there is no door from the bathroom sink area to the main bedroom, so it is not a great setup for a person planning on sleeping in the living room or someone trying to get ready while others are sleeping. « The staff was friendly, but we didn't get room service any of the days we stayed (we were there 4 nights and did not ever have a do not disturb sign on the door). By the third day we were promised our room would get cleaned but it never did. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the pool was indoor and nice. »

« There is no laundry service per say, but washing machines publicly available. This is nice to have, but a laundry service in addition would just be perfect for you to choose. Excellent breakfast ! The buffet is perfect ! »

« I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!! »

« We were in town for a conference and ended up arriving early. We arrived before check in, but the friendly staff were kind enough to help us by holding onto our luggage until we returned to the hotel. Over all, a very pleasant stay.👍👍👍 »

« The staff I interacted with were wonderful. The hotel was clearly bought and partially redone to open as a Hilton Spark. The room had an awful chemical smell, likely from paint or redoing the flooring. While the TV worked, the cable did not. The continental breakfast was limited; coffee was decent. All around, there are better hotels nearby and I will not return to the Spark. »
