On the ground floor of a secure residence with bicycle storage, tennis courts, and a swimming pool (open July-August subject to Covid-19 health regulations), this one-bedroom apartment sleeps 4 and is in excellent condition. Entrance with storage, living area (with flat-screen TV and sofa bed), dining room with a table for 6, fully equipped kitchenette (small refrigerator, electric stovetop, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) opening onto a balcony, bathroom with washing machine, and toilet. The price includes all bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens. The price includes a booking fee (€24 incl. VAT). Cleaning is optional: €40. Tourist tax is extra: €1.10 per person per day (except for those under 18). Reservations on our website are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday. For dates outside of Saturday, short stays, or any other period outside of Saturday to Saturday, please contact us. Check-in is generally between 5 pm and 8 pm, and check-out is between 8 am and 10 am.
