We had to extend our stay by a day, I called and the person I spoke with was very kind and understanding. Let us book another night in the same room. It was quick and easy. We would stay here again! I had a special request to decorate before their arrival, and although check-in time had changed from 3pm to 4pm, they not only honored the 3pm check-in time, but also worked with us and let us decorate before they arrived.
