The interior of the home was nicely renovated, with an efficient use of space. The home is an addition to a main house in a semi-rural area. One entry only. No photos either. The pictures inside looked nice. When we arrived my disabled husband could not go up the stairs. We had planned to be there 7 days. I was told to not cx when I called VRBO on arrival and when they couldn't find me a property for the week it was at this point cancelled. I was charged for two days. I think that this was handled wrong and I should have been given a full refund. I am sure the property for guests with no mobility issues would be happy. I was told that future listings would include the stairs and photos. I ended up at a hotel as no other places available with our dates and we were from Florida. ##### Kim H.
