Cute craftsman style house halfway between trendy NoDa & Plaza Midwood neighborhoods. Walking distance or short bike/scooter ride to uptown (Panthers/Hornets games), parks, bars and restaurants. Very close to Charlotte Greenway, 10 minute walk to Catawba or Birdsong breweries, five minutes from Pho/Coffee Shop or Restaurant. Queen beds in two bedrooms & full bed in third. Great for couples, familes, and business travelers. HDTV in living room with Chromecast compatibility (Netflix, HBO, etc.)

Great screened-in porch and backyard feels like a farmhouse oasis in the middle of the city!

Lots of kitchen appliances (We love to cook) and washer/dryer in kitchen. Large fenced backyard with grill for cookouts. We have a big garden with tons of fresh fruits and veggies along with a screened-in porch! Great location for checking out what Charlotte has to offer (Uptown, NoDa, South End, Plaza Midwood). We love our house and we're sure you will too!
