  • Welcome to Array of Views - an amazing, craftsman style home with a newly, completely renovated boat house....both with fantastic views of Lake Norman! The moment you walk through the front door of the main home, you'll be blown away by the size of your lake views through the wall of lakeside windows. Look up and take in the unique details of the home with exposed beams & oversized stone fireplace to your left with a beautiful wood mantle. This home is all about entertaining as you'll enjoy family rooms on both levels, a large, covered lakeside deck, flat lakeside lawn ideal for playing family game and a great spot to take in the rays on the upper level of the two-level dock!

    On the main level you'll find the primary bedroom with full-ensuite bathroom, primary living room with stone fireplace, kitchen & (2) dining tables, laundry room with an office desk....and then access to the temperature-controlled garage game room with large screen TV, foos ball and ping pong!

    On the lower level we have (3) bedrooms - all with SMART TV's, along with a 2nd gas fireplace & bar area within the lower-level family room.

    Enjoy the great amenities including (8) SMART Tv's, propane-based grill & griddle, fire table on covered lakeside deck, multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy Lake Norman including on the lower level of your private dock, corn hole boards and 2 adult kayaks when you are ready to go enjoy the Lake! At night, take in the views of Lake Norman and enjoy S'Mores with your family at the lakeside firepit!
