Lake Access: Lake Norman is right outside your door, perfect for boating, fishing, or relaxing by the water.
Nearby Attractions: Davidson College, Birkdale Village, and Lake Norman State Park are all within a 20-minute drive, offering shopping, dining, and outdoor fun.
Whether you’re exploring the lake, heading into Charlotte, or just enjoying the neighborhood, getting around is simple and convenient.

Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation.
Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.
The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.
Minimum booking age: 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.
Access to the Home:
Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.
Cost: $99 + Booking platform fees
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet.
Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Check-in is at 5:00 PM
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.
Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM:
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises.
No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.
Pets
Approved dogs must be confirmed prior to check-in, (2 pets 50lb maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check in. Any undisclosed dogs will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed.
Dog owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance.
Please keep dogs off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300.
Dog owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest.
Parking:
Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Street parking is not allowed.
Smoking:
No smoking whatsoever inside the home.
Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.
Damages:
Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.
Internet Usage:
We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.
Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.

The pool is available to use from 1st April to 31st August only
Children must be supervised at all times.
The pool & Hot Tub may be closed during certain weather conditions.
No glass or food, in or near the hot tub and pool.
No use under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Keep Hot Tub cover secured after use.
⚠️ Our Hot Tub technician services the hot tub every week to ensure they remain clean, safe, and ready for guest use. He will access the area without approval!

I would give it 10 stars if it was possible, the owners went above and beyond from having all of the essentials, to labeling every switch in the house. Super clean as well, and their property lake view is beautiful.

Highly recommend this property. Home was absolutely beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The home had everything you could possibly need. Loved all of the games in the garage and had a great time paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing off of the wonderful dock. Owner was fantastic at communicating and checking to see if we needed anything’s. Would love to return!
