We enjoyed our stay here. Very walkable to restaurants and shopping. The house is set back from the road so quieter than other rentals we have stayed in on Spring Street.

the perfect house for what we needed!! rooms were clean and the check in was super seamless! really great location - walking distance to king street with great restaurants! we did run out of toilet paper the last night but not a huge deal at all! communication was easy and quick! would definitely book again!!

Nice home and great location
This was a perfect location for visiting all of the things we wanted to do in Charleston. Master bedroom is very close to the street (and therefore a bit noisy) but the rest of the bedrooms were much quieter and darker. There were noise machines but we didn’t end up using them. Communication with the host was wonderful and they had quick response time to all of our needs.

Great location to get around the town via walking. Only downside is the amount of traffic on Spring St. Loved being on the ground floor, easy access to the back sitting area. (which was not quite as awesome as expected)

Cute & well equipped
It was a little longer of a walk to King street but if you’ve got a car it’s minutes away from every tourist activity you could possibly want to do!! There’s a cute cafe directly across the street we went to every morning. And plenty of cute restaurants within 3-4 blocks. It’s a transitioning area but plenty of renovated mixed in with old that we felt safe. Overall a great place to stay and gorgeous unit!!

48 hrs in Charleston
Not sure what happened, but had to “hound” VRBO helpline & landlord for check in details. While driving to airport, between flights & 2 airports and then rental car station.
After that was cleared, trip was fine. Parking would be very inconvenient if both units in this home are rented at same time. Driveway is long enough for 2 compact cars, but no area to turn around or get passed another car to get out. Thankfully upper unit was not rented while we were there..
House was clean & had what we needed. Beds were comfortable.
There is no place to set anything in the bathrooms, so be mindful if females traveling with “toiletries, hair products, curling irons, and so on”. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable to sit on , but we were out and about town so not really an issue for us.
Some blackout shades in bedrooms would’ve been nice as the houses are VERY close together & the neighbors left every light on all night, including outdoor lights ( not the land lord’s fault).
Again stay was good, house was clean, walking distance to so many places to eat & shop.. Great for just sleeping there, if I were to plan to be at the house & cook meals or have a game of cards with friends, I would pick a different house.
