This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and NO parties:) Welcome to Tee Fore Two! This (4 Bedroom \~ 3 full bath) oceanfront home sleeps 8 and has one of the largest screened-in oceanfront porches on the island! Conveniently located directly on the beach, one block from Center Street, and just a few blocks from the community tennis and basketball courts, guests will enjoy all that Folly has to offer! Our guests are sure to enjoy the oversized side and back porches with plenty of outdoor seating and vast unobstructed ocean views. With beautiful hardwood and tile floors throughout the main living areas and bathrooms, the wide-open Southern style floor plan in this upscale home makes this a relaxing and comfortable environment for all. Additionally, there is abundant seating in the living room and dining area for entertaining, and the fully equipped kitchen will have everything you will need to prepare meals for family and friends. Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am. No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office. No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay. A 50% payment is required when placing your reservation online, with the remaining 50% automatically charged to the card on file 60 days before your check-in date. There was ample space for our family. The location at mid beach was perfect. We enjoyed being just a short walk to the coffee shops, Bert’s, and restaurants. The kitchen had every dish, pan, glass, utensil, kitchen tool, barbecue tool, and cutting board that you could possibly need. We loved the easy access to the beach. Folly beach is rebuilding the beach and construction occurred 24/7\. The tractors ran all night and the beeping from them backing up kept us up all night. You could feel the vibrations from them plowing the sand. Instead of having a relaxing week we literally are sick, exhausted, stressed. The rental company, who were very nice and easy to work with comp'd us a night, but they should have moved us or comp'd the entire trip minus cleaning etc. If I wasn't with my family we would have left the first night. ##### David S. We were unable to get the water fixed before we checked out, but the property owner refunded partial days stay which was much appreciated. Cannot beat the location or attentiveness of rental management service. Great location, close to the pier with a spectacular screened porch with wonderful ocean views. Very well equipped home. There was some confusion about the door code to use for access, but the issue was resolved quickly. Biggest problem was the gas grill. I would consider it sub-standard for the price we were paying. Also had issues with getting hot water in 2 bathroom sinks & the kitchen sinks.. Had to turn on the hot water in the shower/tub to get warm water in the bathroom sinks, & had to run the dishwasher to get warm water in the kitchen sinks. ##### Kendall K. Master shower has mold all in caulking that could not be removed by re cleaning. Main bathroom sink does not drain unless you jiggle it. No toilet paper holder in main bathroom. Screened in pprch has boards tacked on it to keep screas in place. Etc Etc Had to call for all these items to get them fixed. For the price they could pay attention to the details. Looks as though they do the least to keep it rentable. ##### curtis a. All but one chair from the table and chairs on screened in porch in bad shape. However, the screened in porch itself was a great space. Living room furniture also dated - back of one of the chairs was ripped and recliners squeaky. Also in need of additional wine glasses, only 3 and very mismatched. Neighbors across the street on the last night of our stay were very loud and blasting music but stopped eventually due to the noise ordinance. It would have been helpful to have seen a virtual tour or a more detailed description of the house to have a better idea of the layout. Luckily, the open floor plan worked well for our group. First bedroom facing the street was very warm even with vents open and fan running. Great location and walkable to all shops and restaurants. ##### Cathy P.
