Absolutely spotless clean and the hosts make you feel like you are at a home away from home! Tucked away in a backyard garden setting which is breathtaking. Great local food scene less than a 1/2 mile walk with some of the highest rated restaurants in Charleston. Fabulous BBQ at Swig & Swine we walked there twice in our stay for dinner! Short ride or uber to downtown Charleston. I can’t think of even one thing the hosts could change to make the stay any better than it is! 10 out of 10! From getting fresh-baked cookies and wine at check-in, to getting a whole beach setup when we mentioned going to Folly Beach, Margie and Sid outdo themselves to make sure your trip is memorable! The cottage is tucked away in the backyard, it was very quiet and peaceful when we were there. The location is great! About 15 minutes from downtown Charleston, about 20 minutes from Sullivan's Island and Folly Beach. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if visiting Charleston.
