This property is part of a duplex so there is also the ability to rent as a whole house. Come stay and explore all Charleston has to offer! The Space: This lower level unit features a fully equipped kitchen with cooking appliances and utensils, air conditioning with additional portable fans in each bedroom, and a family-friendly setup. Located just one block from the restaurants and shops of King Street, it's also less than a 20-minute drive to both the airport and nearby beaches. Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families. This is a licensed short term rental operating under the permit number OP2025-06298 and Business License BL026169-11-2021 Guest Access: 🚫Please note: There is a large, city-approved construction project underway behind the home. Because of the proximity, daytime noise is possible and can be noticeable at times. Work is outside of our control and is not related to Curated Vacation Properties or the home itself. Crews typically operate during standard daytime hours and we do not expect activity in the evenings.
