The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. the location is great as it's easy to get around. We did not have a car and had no problem getting places either by walking or getting an Uber. The 4 boys stayed in the 3rd floor bedroom. The four couples each had their own bedroom with bathrooms. The location was excellent close to everything and quiet at night. Great parking behind the house. There were nice welcome gifts and things to eat. You will not be able to find a nicer place for a group. Our host was great and very helpful!! ##### Bill H. The size and layout of the house was perfect for our family. The location is an easy drive to East Bay St where we had the wedding and reception.
