Just three blocks away from upper King Street, the epicenter of the city's renowned restaurant and nightlife district. Our wonderful city offers galleries, museums, gorgeous churches, great shopping, and the beach is just 15 minutes away. Equipped with 1 free off-street parking space! The Space: Guests enter on the main floor. There are no bedrooms on the main floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a King size bed and one with a Queen size bed. Downstairs there is a double bed that sleeps two. There is a queen size pull-out sofa in the living area on the main floor. The kitchen and living area are on the main floor. The kitchen includes a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, dinnerware, pots & pans, and basic cooks tools. The living area is sunken. We like to point out that there are two bathrooms, none of which are on the main floor. There is a bathroom upstairs and on the ground floor. We also prefer to make our guests aware that the stairs in this rental are spiral stairs. Guest Access: This is a private home, guests will have access to the entire home. The Neighborhood: The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston's unique charm. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at Island Provisions before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just one short block from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Bistronomy by Nico, and Vern's. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer! Getting Around: Most everything is within walking distance. If guests do have a car, we provide ONE off-street parking space. We suggest to bring an economy size vehicle to help with getting around Charleston's narrow downtown streets. There are multiple taxi services, Uber included. Other Things to Note: • Please note our strict cancellation policy - All Cancellations eligible for refund are subject to pay credit card processing fee of 3.1% x2 • Free Tesla and EV charger located on property in dedicated charging space for guest use only. • Streaming device provided as opposed to standard cable • No smoking within 30 feet of the property. Stretch and loosen up your ankles, spiral staircase is not for those who can’t climb up windy tight stairs. Same with outside some walking over gravel through parking lot and stairs to get in.
